      【】在教学质量的许多评价研究中,评价者可以通过查阅资料获取由许多评价指标构成的评价体系,来评价教学质量的优劣。但是往往指标过多,工作量过大,不利于作出科学性评价。因此文章运用因子分析的方法,在庞大指标体系中找出能反应出教师基本素养、教学形式、教学内容、课堂教态、选用教材、组织安排、教学设计、教学效果的八个潜在因子,对教学质量进行综合评价。
英文摘要:
      In many of the teaching quality assessment study, evaluators can be obtained by looking at data composed of many evaluation index evaluation system, the teaching quality can be evaluated But too much, often indicator workload is too big, not conducive to make a scientific evaluation Therefore the article applied the method of factor analysis in the index system of large find can reflect the basic literacy teaching teachers form the teaching content of the class itself Use teaching materials to arrange the teaching design the teaching effect of eight potential factor, the comprehensive evaluation of teaching quality.
