      【】海上油气田生成一定年限后,由于套管损毁导致油气井停产的比例高达40%,在役井套管可靠性评估是制定开采工作制度和修井措施的重要依据。通过深入分析实际生产套管壁厚降低因素,综合考虑钻完井阶段的钻具磨损和生产阶段的酸性气体腐蚀导致的壁厚降度,利用多因素叠加计算法,建立在役井套管可靠性评估方法,定量评估一定生产年限后的套管可靠性和完整性。渤海油田某区块的实例计算表明,利用本方法可以快速、准确的计算结果,为下一步提供依据。
英文摘要:
      After offshore oil and gas field has been built for a certain number of years, the proportion of oil and gas well cut-off is up to 40% due to casing damage. Reliability evaluation of in service well casing is an important basis for formulating mining operation system and workover measures. Through in-depth analysis of the actual production of casing wall thickness reduction factors, resulting in comprehensive consideration of drilling and completion phase of the drill wear and production process of acid gas corrosion wall thickness reduction degree, using multi factor superposition method, establish the evaluation methods in service well casing reliability, quantitative assessment of production casing reliability and integrity of life after. The calculation of a block in Bohai oilfield shows that this method can be used to calculate the results quickly and accurately, and provide the basis for the next step.
