      海上稠油采井开发过程中,固井水泥材料要经受高达300℃以上高温,常规硅酸盐水泥材料耐高温性能差,完整性得不到有效保证,影响油井产能。与硅酸盐水泥材料相比,新型铝酸盐水泥材料耐高温性能优越,在工业应用上常作为一种耐火材料使用。模拟蒸汽吞吐条件对该种水泥材料进行高温完整性评价,测试了315℃高温前后铝酸盐水泥石抗压强度、渗透率、孔隙度和孔径分布变化情况,结果表明:铝酸盐水泥材料在热采条件下水泥石强度和渗透率等力学性能变化较小,高温稳定性和完整性良好;采用XRD衍射和SEM测试等手段分析了铝酸盐水泥高温前后矿物组分和微观形貌,铝酸盐水泥高温后的主要矿物组分C3AH6,高温后性能稳定,结构致密,是铝酸盐水泥石能够保持较好的高温湿热条件性能的主要原因。

      During the development of offshore heavy oil production wells, cementing cement materials have to undergo high temperatures above 300 ℃, the performance of conventional cement materials is poor in high temperature resistance, the integrity can not be effectively guaranteed, and the productivity of wells is affected. Compared with conventional Portland cement, The new type of aluminate cement material has excellent high temperature resistance. Through the analysis of the mechanism of high temperature resistance, the high temperature integrity evaluation of this kind of cement material has been carried out. The indoor simulated steam huff and puff conditions have been carried out at 315 ℃ for multiple rounds of curing. The changes of compressive strength, permeability, porosity and pore size distribution of aluminate cement are measured before and after high temperature. The results show that the strength and permeability of aluminate cement have little change under hot mining condition. The high temperature stability and integrity are good, the mineral composition and microstructure of aluminate cement before and after high temperature are analyzed by means of XRD diffraction and SEM test, the main mineral component C3AH6 of aluminate cement after high temperature is stable in performance and compact in structure after high temperature. It is the main reason that aluminate cement stone can maintain better performance under high temperature, humidity and heat conditions.
