      川东地区已开发气田大多进入开发中后期,气体中硫化氢、二氧化碳等腐蚀介质的存在导致井下油管柱出现不同程度的腐蚀,破坏井筒完整性。针对低压高渗无水气井在常规维护作业时面临压井液漏失严重、返排及复产困难等技术难题,提出暂堵剂堵漏压井、解堵酸化和压缩机向地层注气开井复产相结合的采油气工艺。现场试验表明,在川东地区的低压、高渗透、高产量的无水气井采用上述方法维护作业,不仅最大限度地降低产层伤害,清洁了井底,而且复产顺利,效果显著,对类似井的维护和复产具有指导意义。
英文摘要:
      As most of the gas fields in east Sichuan have entered the middle and later stages of development, the exist of hydrogen sulphide, carbon dioxide and other corrosive media has resulted in different corrosion of the tubes and greatly damaged the wellbore integrity. Based on the problem of seriously fluid loss, low flow back rate and difficult to restoring production, this paper presented a novel oil and gas production technology which combined well killing with temporary plugging agents, acidizing and gas injection. The filed application showed that this technique minimized the well damage and restored the productivity effectively while using in the high permeability, low pressure and high yield water-free gas wells. The successfully application of this method makes it the guidance to the similar well repairing.
