稠油油藏蒸汽驱过程中存在严重的汽窜问题,大幅度降低了蒸汽驱的开发效果。为了研究热化学助剂改善稠油注蒸汽的开发效果,利用二维可视化装置对比了热化学助剂不同注入方式下的开发效果,跟踪分析了稠油蒸汽驱过程中的汽窜特征以及热化学助剂改善蒸汽驱的波及状况,从微观角度解释了热化学剂辅助蒸汽提高稠油采收率的机理。实验结果表明:稠油蒸汽驱过程中,蒸汽在油层中产生明显的指进现象,降低了蒸汽驱的波及范围;降粘剂的乳化作用形成水包油乳状液,提高了原油的流动能力,改善了蒸汽驱的波及效率;降粘剂+发泡剂的协同作用更有利于提高蒸汽驱波及效率;泡沫在孔隙介质运移的过程中,由于贾敏效应滞留于孔隙内,封堵颗粒间的大孔道,后续蒸汽改变流动方向,进一步扩大了波及系数。驱油结果表明:蒸汽驱结束时阶段采出程度基本相等,降粘剂+发泡剂辅助蒸汽驱比单纯降粘剂辅助蒸汽驱阶段采出程度提高了4.3%,最终累积采出程度提高了9.9%。 |

There is a serious steam channeling in the process of steam flooding in heavy oil reservoir, and the development effect of steam drive is greatly reduced. In order to study the chemical additives to improve the development effect of steam flooding, a 2D visualized device was used to compared the thermochemical additives development effect under different injection methods, and tracked the steam channeling phenomenon in the process of steam flooding and the spread of steam flooding improved by thermochemical additives, and the mechanism of chemical agents is explained from the microscopic point of view. The experiment results show: the obvious fingering phenomenon was generated in the process of steam flooding, which reduces the scope of steam flooding; because of the emulsification of viscosity reducer, O/W emulsion was formed to enhance the oil flow capacity, which polishes up the sweep efficiency of steam flooding; the synergistic effect of viscosity reducer foaming agent is more conducive to improving efficiency of steam flooding; during foam transporting in porous media, the large channel between particles were plugged due to the Jamin effect and the steam followed up changed the flow direction, which further expand the sweep coefficient. Oil flooding results show: at the end of the steam flooding, the stage production was basically equal; the recovery of viscosity reducer foaming agent assisting steam flooding was 4.3% higher than viscosity reducer assisting steam flooding, and the final recovery improved 9.9%. |
