      重油乳状液脱水是重油处理的难点和重点,其中聚结和沉降是脱水的两个重要过程。PL19-3油田原油由于导电性高、乳状液稳定性高、粘度大等原因不能象常规重油脱水选择电脱水处理乳状液,碟片式离心机因其结构紧凑、节省药剂、对原油导电性能没有特殊要求等特点被运用在PL19-3油田重油乳状液脱水处理上。运行期间发现其机封水设计不合理,油田失电后后易导致机封损毁;高速剪切导致部分原油高度乳化,水出口含油率高,且不易处理;对进料要求高,油中含泥沙对离心机运行可靠性影响较大。由于油离心机频繁故障,维护费用高等原因,蓬勃号油离心机已停用,其运行经验值得借鉴。
英文摘要:
      Dehydration of heavy oil emulsion is the difficulty and key point of heavy oil treatment, coalescence and setting are two important processes of dehydration. Because of high conductivity, high emulsion stability and high viscosity, PL19-3 oilfield crude oil can not choose electric dehydration emulsion. The disc-stack centrifuge is used in the dehydration treatment of heavy oil emulsion in PL19-3 oilfield because of its compact structure, saving Chemicals and no special requirements for the electrical conductivity of crude oil. During the operation, it is found that the design of the water sealing is unreasonable, and the mechanical seal is easily damaged after the electricity loss. The high speed shear leads to the high emulsification of part crude oil, the high oil-in-water in water outlet and it’s not easy to deal with. The demand for the feed is high, and the sediment content in the oil has a great influence on the reliability of the centrifuge. Due to frequent failure and high maintenance cost, the oil disc-stack centrifuge has been shut down in PENGBO, and its operation experience is worth learning.
