      油品金属离子浓度是润滑油品质的重要指标之一,为快速、准确测量油品金属离子浓度,采用石英晶体微天平(QCM)对油品的铜离子浓度进行测定。根据QCM检测原理分析QCM的频率-质量关系,利用QCM晶振片电极表面涂覆薄膜吸附溶液中金属离子,使用2倍等比梯度浓度的铜离子标准溶液,通过控制变量法标定QCM检测浓度与铜离子标准溶液实际浓度的传递函数关系曲线,进而用QCM测量出油品中铜离子的浓度,并用传递函数关系表达式进行修正。将QCM测量结果与原子吸收光谱法检测结果进行比对。结果表明,QCM检测与原子吸收光谱检测油品铜离子结果在量级上相同,数值比较接近,同时具有快速、方便的特点,且对两组独立样本采用t检验法检验,结果显示不存在显著差异,因此可以使用QCM来检测油品中的金属离子浓度。

      The metal ion concentration of oil is one of the important indexes of lubricating oil quality. In order to measure the metal ion concentration of oil product quickly and accurately, the copper ion concentration of oil product is determined by QCM (Quartz crystal microbalance).According to the principle of QCM detection, the relationship between frequency and quality of QCM is analyzed. The surface of QCM wafer electrode was coated with thin film to adsorb ion, and the copper standard solution with 2 times equal specific gradient concentration was used. The transfer function curve between the detection concentration of QCM and the actual concentration of solution was calibrated by the control variable method, and then the concentration of copper ion in oil is measured by QCM.Comparison of QCM measurements with atomic absorption spectrometry. The results show that the results of QCM and AAS are the same in order of magnitude, close to each other, and have the characteristics of rapidity and convenience. The two groups of independent samples are tested by t-test method. The results showed that there is no significant difference.Therefore, QCM can be used to detect the concentration of metal ions in oil products.
