数控精密校直机液压伺服系统是保证轴类零件校直精度的关键部分。本文根据液压伺服系统基本原理,运用传递函数的方法建立了数控精密校直机液压伺服系统的数学模型。以MATLAB软件为开发工具,对系统的动态性能进行深入研究,并对影响液压伺服系统性能主要因素的进行分析和研究。为数控精密校直机液压伺服系统提供了一种精确、便捷和高效的分析方法。 |

The hydraulic-servo system, which used in the NC precise straightening machine , play key parts in ensuring the straightening precision of shaftkind parts. Based on the basic principle of the hydraulic-servo system, the mathematical model of the hydraulic-servo system was build up in this paper by applying the method of transfer function. The researches on dynamic characteristics of hydraulic-servo system is simulated by Matlab. Meanwhile the main factors influencing the performance of hydraulic-servo system were analyzed. It provides an accurate, convenient and efficient way to analysis the hydraulic-servo system of the NC precise straightening machine. |
