      文章主要根据某油田输油泵站加热炉的结构及工作原理,利用原油加热炉地处高原、空气稀薄的特点,建立泵站加热炉不确定非线性数学模型,将微电子控制器与PID算法相结合,设计智能PID温控器。采用DS18b20作为温度传感器,采用电机驱动模块作为模型加热炉的电源控制驱动器,采用PTC恒温加热片作为模型加热炉的发热机构。利用Arduino单片机实现温控算法、温度采集、模型加热炉的控制及上位机的数据上传等,最后通过现场提供的调度数据报表,验证此温控器具有良好的鲁棒性和控制性能。

      This design is mainly through the structure and working principle of the heating furnace at a crude oil pumping station, according to characteristics of the crude oil heating furnace located in the plateau and the thin air, made an uncertain nonlinear mathematical model of pump heating furnace, which combines the micro controller with PID algorithm, designed PID intelligent temperature controller. Using DS18b20 as the temperature sensor, the motor drive as a power supply module model furnace control driver, using PTC constant temperature heating piece as the heating mechanism model of the heating furnace. using Arduino single-chip realize the temperature control algorithm, temperature acquisition, control of model heating furnace and the host data uploaded etc. Finally provided data scheduling through the field, the result of the function verification shows that temperature controller has good robustness and control performance.
