伊拉克格拉芙油田地层岩性复杂, 新近系-古近系地层存在大段盐膏层、Mishrif石灰岩地层与泥页岩易坍塌、井壁稳定性差, 钻井过程中出现阻卡、漏失等钻井复杂情况影响速度。为了解决上述难题, 针对该油田地层岩性,从影响井壁稳定因素入手,结合室内实验和现场作业优选出了抑制性强的、抗盐钙侵的强抑制防塌钻井液。现场应用证明,该钻井液体系抗盐抗污染能力强,提高井壁稳定性,降低复杂事故率,尤其Ga-F27P三维水平井成功施工,取得良好的效果。 |

The formation of Grarraf oil field is very complicated.Drilling problem have occurred frequently due to the existence of long interval anhydrite formation,easily-collapsing shalestone and limestone in Mishrif,and borehole collapse and Pipe sticking and Lost circulation. To solve the above problems, From wellbor stability factors, combining laboratory experiments and operations, The under-saturated brine-polysulfide mud is presented which is superior in inhibition and salt resistance.Therefore,the mud provides effective engineering support for salt resistance,wellbore stability and reduce the accident rate. Especially in well Ga-F27P which has acquired good service effect |
