      酸化技术是碳酸盐岩储层首要增产解堵措施,酸化效果很大部分取决于酸液体系的选择。为预测酸化压裂施工中酸液有效作用距离,需要对碳酸盐岩和酸液体系进行酸岩反应试验。文章以川深1井的碳酸盐岩储层为研究对象,通过溶蚀试验、氢离子传质实验、酸液动态滤失、酸刻蚀实验和酸蚀裂缝导流能力5个方面实验,开展碳酸盐岩储层深度酸化酸液体系优选。通过室内实验发现,配方酸对川深1井碳酸盐岩储层酸蚀效果较强,低速条件下碳酸盐岩更易与酸液反应,对氢离子消耗更多,故而在施工过程中应加大施工排量,避免酸液在井筒附近快速反应。岩心整体刻蚀相对均匀,刻蚀深度大部分在0.8mm—1.4mm之间,酸液出口端比进口端刻蚀程度高,说明该配方酸起到缓蚀效果,对岩心刻蚀效果很好。随着闭合压力的升高,酸蚀裂缝导流能力快速下降,在闭合压力达到30MPa后裂缝有效导流能力降到极低水平。

      The acidification technology is the primary production and deblocking measure for carbonate reservoirs. The acidification effect depends largely on the choice of acid system. In order to predict the effective working distance of acid solution in acid fracturing construction, it is necessary to carry out acid rock reaction test on carbonate rock and acid system. In this paper, the carbonate reservoir in the well of Chuanshen-1 is taken as the research object, and the experiment is carried out through five experiments: dissolution test, hydrogen ion mass transfer experiment, acid dynamic fluid loss, acid etching experiment and acid etching crack conductivity. The carbonate acid reservoir deep acidified acid liquid system is preferred. Through laboratory experiments, it is found that the formula acid has a strong acid etching effect on the carbonate reservoir in the Chuanshen-1 well. Under low-speed conditions, the carbonate rock is more likely to react with the acid solution and consume more hydrogen ions. Therefore, during the construction process, Increase the construction displacement to avoid rapid reaction of acid near the wellbore. The overall core etching is relatively uniform, and the etching depth is mostly between 0.8mm and 1.4mm. The acid outlet end is more etched than the inlet end, indicating that the acid of the formula acts as a corrosion inhibition effect, and the core etching effect is good. . With the increase of the closing pressure, the conductivity of the acid etching crack decreases rapidly, and the effective conductivity of the crack decreases to an extremely low level after the closing pressure reaches 30 MPa.
