渤海渤中地区潜山凝析气田在钻探过程中面临诸多困难与挑战,如储层埋藏深、可钻性极差、地层温度高、含酸性气体、储层易漏失及伤害机理复杂等等,上述难点不仅提高了设计与施工的难度,更制约了渤中潜山凝析气的安全高效开发。针对钻井面临的难点与挑战,从井身结构设计、考虑井筒温度场影响的管柱及固井设计、储层段精细控压钻井设计以及各井段钻井提速技术等方面开展了研究与优化工作,并对部分技术进行了应用。设计与应用效果显示,目标气田的钻井作业时效性得到较大程度提高,钻井非生产时间持续降低,形成的成功经验对后续大规模开发井钻井作业提效具有很好的借鉴作用。 |

Many difficulties and challenges had been encountered in the drilling process of the buried hill condensate gas field in Bozhong structure of Bohai Sea, such as deep buried reservoir and poor drillability, high formation temperature, containing corrosive gas, easy leakage of reservoir and complex damage mechanism, etc. These difficulties not only increase the difficulty of design and construction, but also restrict the safe and efficient development of buried hill condensate gas in Bozhong area. In view of the difficulties and challenges faced by drilling, the research and optimization work has been carried out from the aspects of wellbore structure design, pipe string and cementing design considering the influence of wellbore temperature field, fine pressure control drilling design of reservoir section and drilling speed-up technology of each section, and some technologies have been applied. The design and application results show that the drilling operation timeliness of the target gas field has been greatly improved, and the non-production time of drilling has been continuously reduced. The successful experience formed has a good reference for the subsequent large-scale development well drilling operation. |
