      高温高压井孔隙压力过高,钻井时压力窗口窄、易井漏,需要采用适当的堵漏、井壁强化技术提高地层承压能力才能保证后续钻井作业的顺利进行。应用岩石力学及渗流力学理论,建立了高温高压井不同漏失类型下的漏失压力计算模型,形成了漏失类型识别、漏失层位确定的漏失机理综合分析技术。结合乐东A区块的地质特征,揭示了其漏失特点及规律。通过室内评价实验优选出CoSeal通用型堵漏体系,该体系在高温下具有较好的稳定性,可快速在不同尺寸裂缝内形成高抗压强度、高剪切强度的屏障。现场应用表明,理论分析漏失压力及漏失层位与实际情况吻合,CoSeal通用型堵漏体系堵漏效果良好,能显著提高地层承压能力。

      Due to the high pore pressure of high temperature and high pressure wells, the pressure window is narrow and it is easy to leak-off when drilling. It is necessary to adopt the proper plugging and wellbore strengthening technology to improve the bearing capacity of the formation to ensure the subsequent drilling operations. Based on the theory of rock mechanics and seepage mechanics, the calculation model of leak-off pressure under different leak-off types of high temperature and high pressure wells is established, and the comprehensive analysis technology of leak-off mechanism for leak-off type identification and leak-off position determination is formed. Combined with the geological characteristics of the Ledong A block, the characteristics and laws of leak-off are revealed. The CoSeal universal plugging system is optimized by evaluation experiment. The system has good stability at high temperature and can quickly form a barrier with high compressive strength and high shear strength in cracks of different sizes. Field application shows that theoretical analysis of leak-off pressure and leak-off position is consistent with the actual situation. CoSeal universal plugging system has good plugging effect and can significantly improve the bearing capacity of the formation.
