      常规酸化解堵是油水井增产增注的主要手段之一,可以解除近井地带储层污染,清除储层孔隙或裂缝中的堵塞物质,或者沟通地层原有孔隙或裂缝,从而达到增产增注的目的。但存在重复酸化井达不到预期效果,酸化有效期越来越短,作业次数频繁的问题。为此,应用大功率超声波解堵技术。实践表明:大功率超声波解堵工艺设备作业简单,不会对油层产生二次伤害,能有效解除油层堵塞,解堵工艺成功率100%,措施有效率85%以上,单井平均有效期180天以上,见到了明显的增产增注效果,具有良好的市场推广应用前景。
英文摘要:
      Conventional acidification is one of the main means to increase production and increase injection of oil and water wells. It can relieve the reservoir pollution in the near well area, remove plugging material in the pores and fractures, or communicate the original pores and fractures in the formation, so as to achieve the purpose of increasing production and increasing injection.However, there are problems such as repeated acidification wells failing to achieve the desired effect, shorter and shorter acidification period, and frequent operation times.Therefore, a high-power ultrasonic formation damage removal technique was applied.The practice shows that the high-power ultrasonic deblocking equipment is simple in operation. It will not cause secondary damage to the oil layer, and it can effectively relieve the oil blockage. The operating success rate is 100% and the efficiency is over 85%, average effective period of single well is more than 180 days. It can significantly increase production and injection, and has a good market application prospects.
