通常水泥被用做混凝土中的胶结材料,在实际工作环境中,水泥经常与雨水接触,受到雨水的侵蚀,使水泥石结构遭到破坏,导致混凝土的强度与耐久性下降,甚至会导致建筑物被破坏。在此我们通过聚醚多元醇为主要原料,制备了一种可有效疏水的聚氨酯双组分涂料,可有效减缓雨水对于水泥的侵蚀。通过对该涂料的一系列检测,可证明所制备双组分疏水涂料具有优异的疏水性,机械性能和耐酸碱性。 |

Cement is used as the cementing material in concrete, the cement always contacted rain water, which erodes the cement-stone structure and reduces the strength and durability of concrete. This phenomenon even would do the great harm to the building structure strength in the end. For soloving this challenge, we were aiming to use the polyether glycol as main raw material and to fabiricate a two-component coating with the ability of hydrophobicity to prevent the erosion of cement by rain. We showed that our coating has excellent hydrophobicity, mechanical properties and resistance to acid and base through a series of testing. |
