兴古潜山为辽河油田主力上产区块,近年多采用大斜度井和水平井等复杂结构井进行开发。钻井施工面临上部大井眼段定向困难、深部地层机械钻速低、井下复杂情况频发等难题,严重影响了开发进程。根据区块地质特性和各井段钻井难点,通过新型钻头和钻具组合及钻井参数优选、大井眼段提高造斜率技术措施、井身结构和井身轨迹优化、提速工具与远程技术支持系统等的集成应用,形成了一套复杂深井钻井提速综合配套技术。应用推广结果表明,该技术解决了兴古区块上部疏松地层大井眼定向造斜率不足和携岩困难的问题;突破了中生界角砾岩、太古界混合花岗岩等PDC钻头传统使用“禁区”;全井平均机械钻速同比提高20%以上,平均事故复杂率同比降低40%,钻井周期大幅缩短,效果显著,为同类区块复杂深井钻井提速提供了借鉴。 |

Xinggu buried hill reservoir is a main block of oil production growth in Liaohe oilfield. In recent year, the complex well like highly deviated well and horizontal well is used to explore. Drilling in this block, it was faced challenges, including the difficulty of directed drilling in the upper big hole, low ROP in the deep formation and frequent occur of borehole problems, which heavily influences the exploitation progress. By the study and integration of new bit BHA and drilling parameter optimization, big hole buildup rate enhancement technical measures,wellbore structure and wellbore trajectory optimization, ROP improvement tool and remote technical support system, a ROP improvement technology of complex deep well has been established. Large-scale application shows that the problem of inadequate build-up rate and poor hole cleaning in the upper soft formation big hole has been solved. And makes a breakthrough of the traditional “forbidden zone” of PDC bit in the formation of Mesozoic Erathem brecciate and Archean Erathem migmatitic granite. The ROP of whole well improved by 20% above, the average rate of borehole problems decreased by 40%. The drilling time and cost have been saved greatly, which gains a remarkable effect. Meanwhile, it has an important reference value to the ROP improvement of complex deep well in similar blocks. |
