      地层微粒运移出砂会导致油井产量递减,研究出砂机理有利于提出防砂策略和改善开发现状,对提升疏松砂岩注水开采效果有重要意义。利用油田主力油组岩心样品,进行室内出砂模拟实验观察,模拟不同条件下该油田的出砂现象。储层含有大量粘土矿物,表现为极强水敏,应力敏感性中等偏强,速敏损害程度为弱~中等偏强。井壁坍塌时,总体出砂量较少,出砂粒径较小。L50油组微粒易于启动、运移而堵塞地层,地层出砂量和粒径要高于其他油组。实验结果指导油田注水水质,生产制度以及防砂措施的优化调整,实际矿场应用效果显著,对海上类似油田开发生产具有借鉴意义。
英文摘要:
      Formation particles migration and sand production can lead to the decline of oil production. The study of sanding mechanism is beneficial to propose sand control strategy and improve the development status, significant for enhancing the effect of water flooding in unconsolidated sandstone. Using core samples of the main pay zones, the indoor experiment of sanding is carried out to simulate the oilfield sand production under different conditions. The reservoir contains plenty of clay minerals, showed extremely strong water sensitivity, medium strong stress sensitivity, velocity sensitivity is weak to medium strong. When the wellbore collapses, the sand production is a little and the particles diameter is small. The particles of layer L50 are easy to start, move and block the formation, and the amount of sanding and particles size is bigger than other layers. Experimental results guide the optimization and adjustment of water injection quality, production management and sand control measures. The actual oilfield application effect is remarkable, which is a reference for the similar oilfield development and production.
