      随着海上油气田开发向更深地层钻进,下部地层的岩石强度和硬度增加使得可钻性变差。对于海上硬地层的油气田开发,可钻性级值的确定是钻头选型和提速措施实施的基础研究工作。本文在传统的可钻性级值计算方法的基础上,考虑了井底围压产生的影响,结合室内实验数据,利用粒子群分析方法对岩石强度、硬度、弹性模量、粘聚力等强度参数进行了拟合,建立了考虑井底压差条件下的可钻性级值的计算方法。基于对Drillworks平台的二次开发,计算得到了海上某油田硬地层的可钻性级值。同时,根据经典钻速模型,对可用的提速技术进行了适用性分析,并进行了现场试验,优选出了本区块可用的提速工具。可为后续钻井提速措施的制定提供依据和参考。

      With drilling deeper and deeper, the rock high strength and hardness causes bad drill ability. For hard formation in offshore oilfields, the drill ability analysis is the basis for the drill bit optimization and accelerator selection. This paper based on conventional calculate method, additionally, considering of peripheral pressure’s effect, combined with experiment data, apply ion group method to calculate the rock strength, hardness, Young’s modulus, cohesion strength and build a method effected under the peripheral pressure to calculate the drill ability grade value. Based on the drill-works software’s platform, this paper gain the drill ability grade value for an offshore oilfield. Meanwhile, we analyze the applicability of some accelerator according to the classical ROP model, and carry out the well site test. Based on these data, we optimize the suitable accelerator for hard formation and it can be the reference for lateral drilling operation.
