      针对三维激光扫描仪点云数据精度可靠性的量化评定不准确的问题。在单个激光点位的误差椭球模型的基础上,得到相邻点位误差椭球交叉影响下的点云误差椭球模型,得出误差椭球最长的半轴可作为点云变形可靠性的精确评定参数。在不同测量距离和不同入射角下测量的变形值与点云误差椭球模型计算出的评定参数进行对比实验,得出点云变形可靠性的评定参数与实际变形值的误差最大值为0.5mm,最大相对误差为10%,表明该点云误差椭球模型能准确计算出点云变形的可监测值,为三维激光扫描仪点云精度可靠性评定提供了可参考模型。

      Aiming at the problem of inaccurate quantitative evaluation of the accuracy and reliability of the point cloud data of the 3D laser scanner. Based on the error ellipsoid model of a single laser point, a point cloud error ellipsoid model under the influence of the intersection of adjacent point error ellipsoids is obtained, and the longest half axis of the error ellipsoid is used as the reliability of the point cloud deformation. Accurate evaluation parameters. The comparison between the deformation values measured at different measurement distances and different incident angles and the evaluation parameters calculated by the point cloud error ellipsoid model shows that the maximum error between the evaluation parameters of the point cloud deformation reliability and the actual deformation value is 0.5 mm. The maximum relative error is 10%, which indicates that the point cloud error ellipsoid model can accurately calculate the monitorable value of point cloud deformation, and provides a reference model for the 3D laser scanner point cloud accuracy reliability evaluation.
