      岩屑床的形成对钻井工作的顺利推进具有较大的阻碍作用,而岩屑清除工具主要用于对井底岩屑床进行破碎以及对悬浮岩屑进行清理,能够有效解决井眼的清洁问题,但国内外提出的岩屑清除工具大多为外置倒棱叶片式,需要钻杆旋转才能进行清理作业,其工作条件对工具的使用具有限制性。针对上述问题,文中提出了一种内外螺旋流道组合的液力式助流工具。通过CFD数值模拟的方式,以岩屑在井筒环空内的体积分数分布云图以及出口环空面上岩屑质量流量值作为助流效果的评价指标,首先验证出内外螺旋组合助流方式的效果是最优的,其次确定出螺旋槽数量为3时,出口环空面上的岩屑质量流量值达到0.126kg/s;螺旋槽轴向长度值为500mm时,出口环空面上的岩屑质量流量值为0.225kg/s,携岩能力提升了1倍;螺旋槽导程值为600mm时,出口环空面上的岩屑质量流量值为0.328kg/s,携岩能力提升了45.7%。旋流后井筒中的岩屑呈现出分段式堆积现象,大量的岩屑在螺旋流的扰动下呈悬浮状,岩屑运移变得容易。岩屑堆积情况得到缓解。

      The formation of cuttings bed has a great hindrance to the smooth progress of drilling work, and the cuttings removal tools are mainly used to crush the bottom hole cuttings bed and clean up the suspended cuttings, which can effectively solve the hole cleaning problem. However, most of the cuttings removal tools proposed at home and abroad are external chamfered blades, which need drill pipe rotation to carry out cleaning operation Parts have restrictions on the use of tools. In order to solve the above problems, this paper puts forward a hydraulic flow aid tool with inner and outer spiral channels. By means of CFD numerical simulation, the volume fraction distribution nephogram of cuttings in the wellbore annulus and the cuttings mass flow value on the exit annulus surface are used as the evaluation indexes of the flow assistance effect. Firstly, it is verified that the effect of the internal and external spiral combination flow aid mode is the best. Secondly, when the number of spiral grooves is 3, the cuttings mass flow value on the outlet annulus surface reaches 0.126kg/s; the spiral groove axis When the length is 500mm, the cuttings mass flow on the outlet annulus surface is 0.225kg/s, and the rock carrying capacity is doubled; when the spiral groove lead is 600mm, the cuttings mass flow value on the outlet annulus surface is 0.328kg/s, and the rock carrying capacity is increased by 45.7%. After swirling, the cuttings in the wellbore show the phenomenon of segmented accumulation. A large number of cuttings are suspended under the disturbance of spiral flow, which makes the cuttings migration easier. The accumulation of cuttings has been alleviated.
