本文针对需要利用3D打印技术制作的某试剂检测盒U行扣盖(ABS材料)结构,在Solidworks中建立了其结构的三维模型,通过有限元分析软件对U行扣盖经不同打印路径生成的打印模型施加了对应的温度分布载荷,并进行了热应力分析,通过对比两种路径生成的模型所具有的热应力分布情况,在两种打印路径中选出了较为合理的打印路径。为3D打印生产,尤其是以ABS塑料材质为基材的打印过程的路径选择提供了一种新的分析参考。 |

Abstract In this paper, a three-dimensional model of the U-line buckle cover (ABS material) structure of a reagent detection kit which needs to be made by using 3D printing technology is established in SolidWorks. The corresponding temperature distribution is applied to the printing model of the U-line buckle cover generated by different printing paths through the finite element analysis software, and the thermal stress is analyzed For the distribution of thermal stress, the more reasonable printing path is selected from the two printing paths. This paper provides a new analysis reference for 3D printing production, especially for the printing process based on ABS plastic material. |
