      提出一种大功率低速大扭矩径向柱塞泵以代替传统定量泵进行低速性能研究,介绍液压型风力发电机组工作原理,建立风力机和定量泵-变量马达主传动系统数学模型,采用间接流量反馈加上直接转速闭环控制方法实 现变量马达恒转速输出。对系统进行仿真研究,得到在低转速下不同定量泵输入转速和不同负载对系统控制特性的影响规律,验证波动低风速下和负载变化时系统控制方法的有效性与抗干扰性能。为提高液压型风力发电机组对低风速的利用奠定了理论基础。

      Propose a high-power, low-speed and high-torque radial piston pump to replace the traditional quantitative pump for low-speed performance research, introduce the working principle of hydraulic wind turbines, establish a mathematical model of the wind turbine and quantitative pump-variable motor main drive system, and adopt indirect flow Feedback plus direct speed closed-loop control method realizes constant speed output of variable motor. The system is simulated and studied, and the influence law of different fixed pump input speed and different load on the system control characteristics is obtained at low speed, and the effectiveness and anti-interference performance of the system control method under fluctuating low wind speed and load change are verified. It has laid a theoretical foundation for improving the utilization of low wind speed by hydraulic wind turbines.
