      随着塑件产品多样化,对模具设计要求越来越高,制造费用相应增加,简化模具结构对实际生产有很重要的意义。文中以某端盖塑件产品中部分卡扣为例,针对法使用斜顶和滑块,同时如果单独使用直顶又会出现大的铲胶,而产品质量本身要求不高的问题,设计了一款结构简单、加工方便的组合式直顶结构,该组合结构主要用于内抽芯场合,简化了模具结构,节省了模具制造成本,同时提供了一种模具设计思路。
英文摘要:
      With the diversification of plastic products, mold design becomes more and more complicated. The cost of manufacturing has correspondingly increased and thus simplifying the mold structure is of great significance to the actual production. An example of undercuts of a plastic end cover product is given in this paper. The problem is about the shoveled plastic caused by exclusive utilization of the right angle lifter while the angle lifter and slide block cannot be used. The quality requirement of the plastic product itself is not high. Based on this, a simple and convenient-processing combined right angle lifter structure was designed. It is mainly used for inner core-pulling, simplifies the mould structure, reduces the mould manufacturing cost and at the same time, provides a new thought for mold designing .
