      以硝酸铁、硝酸钙和柠檬酸为主要原料,采用溶胶-凝胶自蔓延法制备CaFeO3,选择FI-IR,XRD、UV-Vis-DRS、SEM、EDS等手段对CaFeO3进行表征,考察紫外光(365 nm)照射下对酸性橙7模拟染料废水的降解光催化性能。结果表明:制备出的CaFeO3为钙钛矿型,具有网状结构,粒径约为50nm,带隙为3.18 eV。当暗吸附时间为50min,光反应时间为60min,AO7浓度为120mg/L,催化剂用量为0.7 g/L,pH值为1时,降解率达91.9%。

      In this paper, CaFeO3 was prepared by sol-gel self-spreading method, and was characterized by FI-IR, XRD, UV-Vis-DRS, SEM, EDS. The photocatalytic performance of CaFeO3 was investigated by using acid orange 7 as simulated dye wastewater degradation under ultraviolet (365 nm) irradiation. The results show that the CaFeO3 prepared is perovskite type, having reticular structure, its particle size is about 50 nm, and band gap is about 3.18eV. When the dark adsorption time is 50min, the light reaction time is 60min, the concentration of the experimental wastewater is 120mg/L, the dosage of catalyst is 0.7 g/L, and the pH value is 1, the degradation rate reach 91.9%.
