煤层气井产能影响因素研究对煤层气田产能划分、开发技术指标确定、单井配产、煤层气高效开发以及煤层气开发规划制定提供重要意义。为了明确低阶煤层气产能影响因素,以Surat盆地D煤层气田为研究对象,以生产动态资料及储层物性参数为基础,依据单井高峰产气量及产气、产水曲线总结出五种煤层气井产能模式,同时分析单采与合采效果,在此基础上利用数值模拟方法结合实际动态产量数据对比分析明确复杂低煤阶煤层气产能主控因素;针对D气田面临的生产实际问题,提出优化井型、优选井距等方案来达到煤层气的高效率低成本开发。结果表明:研究区块复杂低煤阶煤层气具有单井见气快、初期产水量高、生产曲线类型多样、合采产量明显多于单采总产量的特征;储层渗透率普遍较高前提下,煤层含气量、厚度参数对单井产能敏感性强,为主控影响因素。根据储层埋深采用不同开采井型及井距及可显著提高钻井时间与采收率。 |

The research on the law of coalbed methane drainage is of great significance to the division of coalbed methane production capacity, the determination of development technical indicators, the production allocation of single well, the efficient development of coalbed methane and the development planning of coalbed methane. In order to define the rules and main control factors of complex coalbed methane production, five kinds of coalbed methane production models are summarized based on the production performance data and reservoir physical property parameters of D coalbed methane field in Surat basin, according to the peak gas production of a single well, the curve of gas production and water production, and the effects of single production and combined production are analyzed, On this basis, the numerical simulation method combined with the actual dynamic production data comparative analysis is used to determine the main control factors of the complex low-rank coalbed methane production; in view of the actual production problems faced by D gas field, the optimization of well type, optimization of well spacing and other programs are proposed to achieve the high efficiency and low cost development of coalbed methane. The results show that the complex low-rank coalbed methane in the study block has the characteristics of fast gas production in a single well, high initial water production, various types of production curves, significantly more co production than the total production in a single well; under the premise of generally high reservoir permeability, the coal seam gas content and thickness parameters are highly sensitive to the energy production of a single well, which are the main control factors. According to the depth of the reservoir, different types of wells and well spacing can be used to improve the drilling time and oil recovery. |
