      随着页岩气区块的进一步勘探开发,越来越多的气井生产进入中后期,井底及井筒逐渐积液,井筒积液增大对地层的回压,并限制其生产能力,最终将气层完全压死以至关井,而柱塞气举工艺是解决低产低压有水气井液体滑脱损失严重的重要措施之一。针对页岩气的平台井分布、气井生产特征,优化设计参数、优选柱塞配套工具、改进工艺施工技术、调整运行制度,在中浅层页岩气区块开展平台应用,平台平均维护产量13×104 m3/d,产量月递减率由6.3%降至2.8%,实现了页岩气井的连续稳定生产,效果明显。平台柱塞举升工艺为中浅层页岩气田高效开发提供了新的技术途径,具有大规模推广应用的价值。
英文摘要:
      With the further exploration and development of shale gas blocks, more and more gas wells are producing in the middle and late stages. The bottom and wellbore are gradually accumulating fluid. The fluid accumulation in the wellbore increases the back pressure on the formation and limits its production capacity. The gas layer is completely crushed and even shut down, and the plunger gas lift process is one of the important measures to solve the serious loss of liquid slippage in low-production and low-pressure gas wells with water. In view of the distribution of shale gas platform wells and the production characteristics of gas wells, design parameters are optimized, plunger supporting tools are optimized, process construction techniques are improved, and operation systems are adjusted. Platform applications are carried out in medium and shallow shale gas 13 ×104 m3/d, the monthly decline rate of production decreased from 6.3% to 2.8%, and the continuous and stable production of shale gas wells was realized with obvious effects. The platform plunger lifting technology provides a new technical approach for the efficient development of medium and shallow shale gas fields, and has the value of large-scale promotion and application.
