      旋流工具是通过井底自身能量将液滴剪切破碎甚至雾化,其雾化效果越好,旋流工具作用效果越好。为了提高气井旋流工具排液采气的工作效率和适用效果,进行了旋流工具参数优化研究。运用UG三维建模软件和Fluent计算流体软件,建立了旋流工具、气液两相流和离散相模型。从出口面粒子直径大小和粒径分布两个角度分析喉管长度、旋流筒扩散角、喷嘴直径对雾化效果的影响。结果表明,平均粒径随着喉管长度、旋流筒扩散角、喷嘴直径的增大呈现出先减小后增大的趋势,当旋流工具参数为:喉管长度:120mm;旋流筒扩散角:9°;喷嘴直径:13mm时,平均粒径分别为24.32μm、24.98μm、26.93μm,相对雾化效果达到最好。
英文摘要:
      The swirl tool uses the energy of the bottom of the well to break and even atomize the droplets. The better the atomization effect, the better the effect of the swirl tool. In order to improve the working efficiency and application effect of the gas well cyclone tool drainage and gas recovery, the parameter optimization study of the cyclone tool was carried out. Using UG three-dimensional modeling software and Fluent computational fluid software, the swirl tool, gas-liquid two-phase flow and discrete phase models were established. The influence of the length of the throat, the diffusion angle of the swirl cylinder, and the diameter of the nozzle on the atomization effect is analyzed from the two angles of particle diameter and particle size distribution on the exit surface. The results show that the average particle size first decreases and then increases with the increase of the throat length, swirl tube diffusion angle, and nozzle diameter. When the swirl tool parameters are: throat length: 120mm; swirl tube diffusion Angle: 9°; when nozzle diameter: 13mm, the average particle size is 24.32μm, 24.98μm, 26.93μm, respectively, and the relative atomization effect is the best.
