为研究焊接工作台数字孪生系统,针对汽车左侧围内板后部总成连接件设计了焊接机器人工作台;基于Visual Components搭建了焊接机器人、焊钳和焊装夹具的数字孪生体;通过Python脚本开发了TCP协议进行通信,完成了数字孪生系统的虚实联动;通过正交实验获得焊接参数数据集,基于BP神经网络构建了焊接质量预测模型,准确率达到94.81%。结果表明在物理端进行焊接作业时,数字孪生系统中的数字孪生体可与其行为一致,实现两者的虚实联动,通过神经网络可实现焊接质量预测能力。研究成果为数字孪生技术在焊接领域的应用提供参考。 |

To study the digital twin system of welding workbench, a welding robot workbench was designed for the rear assembly connecting piece of the left side panel of the car. Based on Visual Components, a digital twin of welding robot, welding tongs, and welding fixture was built; Developed TCP protocol communication through Python scripts, completing the virtual-reality linkage of the digital twin system; A dataset of welding parameters was obtained through orthogonal experiments, and a prediction model for welding quality was constructed based on BP neural networks, achieving an accuracy rate of 94. 81 %. The results indicate that when conducting welding operations at the physical end, the digital twin in the digital twin system can act in concert with its virtual counterpart, enabling virtual-to-real linkage between the two, and through neural networks, achieving welding quality prediction capabilities. The research results provide a reference for the application of digital twin technology in the welding field. |
