      预混火焰燃烧过程通常会出现热声振荡问题,将严重制约燃气轮机或油气锅炉的安全运行和洁净排放。为此,本研究提出使用不参与燃烧化学反应的惰性气体射流来调控预混燃烧过程,从而实现火焰振荡和NOx排放的协同控制。惰性气体横向射流将会导致预混火焰振荡模态迁移,在降低火焰振荡幅值的同时,还会使火焰振荡频率发生改变。相对原子质量高的氩气控制效果优于相对原子质量低的氦气,控制前后火焰振荡幅值最高下降了65%,NOx排放下降了32.7%。惰性气体横向射流还能够显著改变火焰结构,使预混火焰长度变短,有助于设计高热容积的预混燃烧器。

      The combustion process of premixed flames often encounters thermoacoustic oscillation problems, which seriously restrict the safe operation and off-design adjustment of gas turbines or oil gas boilers. Therefore, this study proposes the use of inert gas jets that do not participate in combustion chemical reactions to regulate premixed combustion flame oscillation and NOx emissions, thereby achieving collaborative control of flame oscillation and NOx emissions. The transverse jet of inert gas will lead to the migration of the oscillation mode of the premixed flame, reducing the amplitude of flame oscillation while also changing the frequency of flame oscillation. The control effect of argon gas with high relative atomic mass is better than that of helium gas with low relative atomic mass. The maximum amplitude of flame oscillation before and after control decreased by 65%, and NOx emissions decreased by 32.7%. The transverse jet of inert gas can also change the flame structure, shorten the length of the premixed flame, and help design high thermal volume premixed burners.
