      本研究旨在解决工业药品生产过程中残留物积聚制约生产效率、影响产品质量及增加胶化机设备清洗维护难度的问题。通过理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法,构建数学模型并采用计算流体动力学(CFD)仿真技术,动态模拟了实际生产条件下残留物的形成过程,重点分析了工艺参数的影响、揭示了残留物的形成机制并识别了关键影响因素。研究结果表明,工艺参数对残留物形成具有显著影响,并明确了残留物的形成机理及主导因素。基于此,提出了一套包含设备结构优化、表层处理和工艺参数调整的综合防治方案,有效提升了产品质量、优化了生产效能并实现了降本增效的目标。

      This study aims to address the issue of residue accumulation in industrial pharmaceutical production, which constrains production efficiency, compromises product quality, and increases the difficulty of cleaning and maintaining gelatinization equipment. By combining theoretical analysis with numerical simulation, a mathematical model was constructed and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) simulation was employed to dynamically simulate the residue formation process under actual production conditions. The study focused on analyzing the influence of process parameters, elucidating the formation mechanisms of residues, and identifying key influencing factors. The results demonstrate that process parameters significantly affect residue formation, and the study clarifies the underlying mechanisms and dominant factors. Based on these findings, a comprehensive prevention and control strategy was proposed, including equipment structure optimization, surface treatment, and process parameter adjustments, which effectively improved product quality, optimized production efficiency, and achieved cost reduction and efficiency enhancement.
