      为探究高速公路收费岗亭室内外空气源细菌与真菌的时空分布特征,本研究选取浙江省某典型高速公路收费岗亭作为案例,2023 年春、夏、秋、冬四季分别对其室内外空气内含颗粒样本进行持续3天的采样,同时基于高通量基因组测序进行细菌(16S)与真菌(ITS)明细种属解析。结果显示:春季和冬季收费岗亭室内细菌和真菌的物种丰富度与多样性高于室外,夏季相反,而秋季细菌室内高、真菌室外高;室内细菌中乳杆菌属的相对丰度明显高于室外、室外无色杆菌属更高;室内真菌中酵母样菌属的相对丰度明显高于室外、室外未分类担子菌门的丰度明显更高;室外典型致病细菌占比(57.6%)高于室内(44.3%),而室内典型致病真菌占比(11.1%)高于室外(4.4%),致病菌中室内外的无色杆菌属相对丰度存在显著差异。本研究为高速公路收费岗亭室内微生物污染防控提供了基础数据支撑。

      To investigate the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of bacteria and fungi from air sources inside and outside highway toll booths, this study took a toll booth at the central exit of an expressway in Zhejiang Province as a case, and collected particle samples in inside and outside air for 3 days during each season (spring, summer, autumn, and winter) in year 2023, as well as applied high-throughput genomic sequencing method to resolve the detailed species of bacteria (16S rRNA) and fungi (ITS) regions. The results revealed that the species richness and diversity of bacteria and fungi inside the toll booth were higher than those outside in spring and winter, while the opposite was true in summer; in autumn, the richness and diversity of bacteria were higher indoors, whereas those of fungi were higher outdoors. For indoor bacteria, the relative abundance of Lactobacillus was significantly higher than that outdoors, while the abundance of Achromobacter was higher outdoors; for indoor fungi, the relative abundance of Yeast-like fungi was significantly higher than that outdoors, while the abundance of unclassified Basidiomycota was significantly higher outdoors. The proportion of pathogenic bacteria outdoors (57.6%) was higher than that indoors (44.3%), whereas the proportion of pathogenic fungi indoors (11.1%) was higher than that outdoors (4.4%). Among pathogenic microorganisms, only the abundance of Achromobacter showed a significant difference between indoors and outdoors. The above results indicated that highway toll booths have relatively serious pathogenic pollution. This study provides basic data support for the prevention and control of indoor microbial pollution in highway toll booths.
