      高比例新能源并网时储能被广泛用于电网辅助调频,频繁参与调节易导致调频出力和运行强度增加,从而加重调频运行的经济性压力。为此,提出一种基于模型预测控制(MPC)的风储协同虚拟同步机(VSG)调频控制策略,用于在满足系统频率调节需求的同时,引导储能形成更加合理的调频运行行为。在VSG控制框架下,构建了引入风电参与的储能预测模型,将系统频率偏差作为主要调节目标,同时对储能输出功率幅值及变化率进行约束,从而实现风储资源在调频过程中的协同优化。仿真结果表明,所提策略在负荷阶跃增加扰动条件下的储能SOC波动幅度较传统MPC控制降低约37.8%;在连续扰动条件下SOC波动均方根值较传统MPC降低约72.6%。新的调频控制策略能够明显抑制储能调频参与强度,大大增强系统的运行经济性。
英文摘要:
      Under high-penetration renewable energy integration, battery energy storage systems (BESS) are widely employed for grid ancillary frequency regulation. However, frequent participation in frequency regulation tends to increase regulation power output and operating intensity, thereby aggravating the economic burden of frequency regulation operation. Therefore, a frequency regulation control strategy of wind-storage coordinated virtual synchronous generator (VSG) based on model predictive control (MPC) is proposed to guide the energy storage to form a more reasonable frequency regulation operation behavior while meeting the system frequency regulation requirements. Under the VSG control framework, an energy storage prediction model with wind power participation is constructed. The system frequency deviation is taken as the main adjustment target, and the amplitude and change rate of energy storage output power are constrained, so as to realize the collaborative optimization of wind energy storage resources in the process of frequency modulation. The simulation results show that the SOC fluctuation amplitude of the proposed strategy is about 37.8% lower than that of the traditional MPC control under the condition of load step increase disturbance. Under the condition of continuous disturbance, the root mean square value of SOC fluctuation is about 72.6% lower than that of traditional MPC. The new frequency regulation control strategy can significantly suppress the participation intensity of energy storage frequency regulation and greatly enhance the operation economy of the system.
